Mayfair Office - TurnKey CMS System [Europe]

The Opportunity: Mayfair Office is a sales, marketing, advertising and infrastructure provider to the cream of Europe's Estate agents. Mayfair Office requires an easy to use CMS with advanced functionality. It needed to be able to integrate with other systems e.g. centralised property databases on other websites and it required a member data base that could aggregate customer data and display them in regions on a map, in tables of common interest and provide the facility for Extranet type access for clients and subsidiaries.

The Solution: Since a fast return on investment, a managed and supported solution were essential, we chose the TurnKey CMS. Because Mayfair is growing in clients and business the sectors covered, we opted for a System Licence allowing Mayfair to add extra sites to its group at will. We built a custom module for managing their agent clients and had our design partner Pixel Magic produce an excellent interactive map for region selection. We also used our web savvy and TurnKey's advanced interaction functionality to link into the UK's number one property database.
