Vinery Website - TurnKey System [Australia]

The Opportunity: Image and Brand Management are an exciting full service agency based in the Fox Studios complex in Sydney. Their client Vinery Stud is a part of a globally recognised group that provides blue chip stud services to the Australian and International racing industry. Vinery wanted to use the web as their primary tool for sales and marketing and felt that a 'normal' Website was simply not enough. They needed interactive information about their Stallions. Data sheets on the Stallions had to be presented in a standard industry format, a gallery of stills, audio and videos needed to be presented online and to be able to be managed by the not so technical staff both at the agency and at Vinery.

The Solution: Net for Business with its partners Go Man Go and Mort Bay Communications put together an innovative but low risk strategy for the project. The CMS that was chosen was the TurnKey product utilising many of the standard modules and some newer ones from the TurnKey 6.5 release. The standard modules utilised are; Contact Us, Site Map, Sit Search [Advanced],Multi Media News Module, Photo Gallery Module, Ad Manager and Item Category Manager. There is only one custom module implemented and that is to manage the Stallion Roster. The site won two awards within a month of the launch; one for the Best redesigned Website for the racing industry in Australia and another by the same group for having the best overall Website.

Vinery have chosen to protect the investment in their Website by utilising the Standard TurnKey Maintenance contract which gives them ALL upgrades during the term of the agreement. They also have a service level agreement in place that sees them receiving priority treatment for any and all issues.
