Net for Business has been in the new media market since 1997. Our CEO, John Wooding has been involved in media of all kinds for almost 30 years. However, N4B has made some incredible gains seemingly out of the blue in the last year. N4B has always been successful, TurnKey our CMS has always been an excellent product but in the last year something special has happened to the company. The inspiration for this change has come from an unusual source.

Much of the N4B team has started to study martial arts, not to rid ourselves of competitors or even for self defence but to assist us in improving our focus and self discipline. As Tour De France champion, Lance Armstrong said in his first book "Its not about the bike!" it is also the case that Martial Arts is not about hurting or even hitting people. It is about confidence, commitment focus and continual improvement. The N4B key philosophies of ROIDO and of course KaiZen come directly from our study of Martial Arts or more specifically Zen Dan Kwan.

Zen Dan Kwan is something special as a business too and even dealing with the team is an education in customer service. To break a board or to perform a complex kick requires commitment, total dedication and continual improvement towards a goal that is not quite attainable - perfection.

Zen Dan Kwan is a Martial Arts 'School' or 'Style' created from Master Mark Walker's depth of experience in a range of different Martial Arts including Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido. Master Walker is a 6th Dan Black Belt in Hapkido and 5th Dan in Tai Kwan Do studying under the tutelage of the founder of Hapkido, Grandmaster Ji Han Jae. Zen Dan Kwan is as much about developing the mind as developing the body.

The N4B team is neither perfect nor Ninja type Black Belts but we are committed to the continual improvement of our products, our services and ourselves. In the process we have committed our organisation to improving our customers' bottom line through our ROIDO philosophy and we take this very seriously.

We have another big year ahead of us and we will rely on the continued support of the Zen Dan Kwan team as we break many boards and barriers in our mission to be a better and bigger company for ourselves and our customers.
