Logging In
TurnKey Administration is accessed at http://your full domain name/admin eg http://yourwebsite.com.au/admin.

The login screen looks like this:

Username and password are case sensitive - i.e. "Username" and "username" are treated differently. If your login attempts fail, check that you do not have CAPS LOCK ON.

You MUST have cookies enabled in order to use TurnKey admin. See "Before You Start - Required Browser Settings".

A successful login will deliver you to the main admin screen. This may take a little time to load in your browser. Three unsuccessful attempts at logging in will lock you out of admin for 15 minutes. This is to ensure security of your website admin is maintained at the highest possible levels.

If you have difficulty logging in or have forgotten your password, you should contact your site administrator.
