The SuperOffice CRM 5 Outlook Mail Link will add new functions to the Outlook Inbox, making it able to work together with SuperOffice CRM 5 in a very efficient way. The SuperOffice CRM 5 Outlook Mail Link makes you able to perform basically the same CRM 5 related functions as in the SuperOffice CRM 5 standard inbox, but now directly by using the CRM 5-customized Outlook application. The Outlook Inbox will replace the SuperOffice CRM 5 Inbox. This is convenient for companies with an "Outlook-policy".

This solution enables the user to use SuperOffice CRM exactly the same way as one does while working in the office. We made it as easy as it can be for the user. If you leave the office, simple choose 'Local Update' in the file menu. All relevant data is exchanged to the laptop and within a minute or two, SuperOffice CRM shuts down and is ready for use "on the road’. What a user can take along is dependent of the user’s rights in the database.

A single shared database sounds like a great idea, but what do you do when your operations are spread across different locations? SuperOffice Satellite allows the synchronisation of information across different locations. Now your branch offices stay in tune with the global scheme. SuperOffice Satellite allows the integration of other SuperOffice products. Travel users, both standard and Remote Travel, stay in touch with their branch office, while the branch office stays in synchronisation with their headquarters.

SuperOffice CRM 5 Area Management - Size and Security
Some organisations do not want the SuperOffice information to be visible to every user. On the other hand, their databases may be too large to be copied to a laptop. The Area Management function is designed to limit the information copied onto Travel or Satellite databases. Area Management works as a filter, so that each Travel user (or group of users) is given only the information he or she needs. This limits the size of the local databases and the amount of update traffic (Standard and Async). It also minimises the risk of information loss if the local database is stolen or lost.
