TurnKey System

WebDesigners, Advertising Agencies and Hosting providers are often the first point of call for customers wanting a new Website.

TurnKey has some very special functionality that assists these sectors greatly. A Turnkey Hub is the server where TurnKey Websites live. On the Hub can be many sites and often these sites are grouped in to 'Systems'. A System is a group of Websites administered by an administrator who has the power through the System Management console to add or remove Websites, functionality and users.

A Web Designer would have a TurnKey System that would include all their clients' sites and have the power to add new sites or turn old ones off. They can change the designs, add forms or functionality from the TurnKey module library. Using a System provides the ability to run a virtual hosting company without the hardware and application maintenance issues.

An Advertising Agency would use the system slightly differently. The Up side of Content Managed Sites is that through the power of distributed content management it is very easy for authorised individuals to add and edit content; the down side is that this content may not always represent the brand values that the marketing department and the advertising agencies have put in place. An Ad Agency uses the TurnKey System to overview and control the content and content creation within the system using the workflow management and design control tools TurnKey affords system administrators.

Hosting Providers simply use a TurnKey System to run their Content Managed Hosting business. Site creation takes a few moments and a generic template means that new clients have a Website to add content to even before they start on the design process.

TurnKey Systems are available on N4B's own servers or on those of our partners.

TurnKey Systems and Hubs are available through these same suppliers.

Larger Corporates, Web Designers, Advertising Agencies and Hosting Providers should also look at the TurnKey HUB option
