No Content Duplication
ComWeb also automates keeping track of previous versions of pages and allows integration to your EDRMS, thus eliminating content duplication.

Auditable
Copies are taken of a page when that page is approved. Where ComWeb is used in conjunction with TRIM Context, these pages can be stored within the EDRMS and treated as just another document for archive and destruction purposes.

Minimal Training
ComWeb employs an "office" like approach to providing tools for content managers, approval officers and administrators. This means that there is liitle training required to become an effective user of the application.
