The logon and password logic ensures that logon and passwords are different, that the password has a mix of upper and lower case alpha characters and at least one numeric character.

If someone tries to logon with an incorrect logon or password three times within a 5 minutes period that user is locked out for 15 minutes as a security precaution. The IP number of the machine is logged along with the attempted logon information and emailed to the webmaster.

Two users may not be logged on concurrently using the same log on and password.

Another way that data could be mishandled is when someone leaves their work station while still logged on to the application. TurnKey automatically logs the user off after 15 minutes after providing a 2 minute warning that it is about to do so. The 15 minutes is calculated from the last mouse click and a time is displayed for ease of operation.
